Scholarship Program

The Oconomowoc Community Choir became a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in 1996, when we began awarding scholarships to young musicians pursuing a music as a career. It is our privilege to support these fine young people as they pursue their musical goals.

In the Fall of 2023, with the support of The Oconomowoc Area Foundation, our OAF through OCC How Can I Keep from Singing Scholarship Program began, awarding current middle through high school student members of our Oconomowoc Community Choir session-based grants to pursue voice lessons/coaching and other music enrichment.

Our scholarships come from generous donors as business professionals, local business, and our supportive OCC Family and Friends through ticket sales. In recent years, the OCC has awarded over $3000 in scholarship donations annually.
