Attire: Concert Black with Pops of GREEN! (this is a change – mental health awareness color is green!)

CONCERT on Sunday, May 3rd at First Congregational UCC

Call Time at 1:30 PM in the Sanctuary, Performance at 3:00 PM

Attire: Concert Black with Pops of White

Happenings on the Horizon

• Summer Session begins June 1st!
• National Anthem Rehearsals for June 13 (Brewers) & June 23 (DockHounds) 
• USO Show Rehearsals for June 19 (in Menomonee Falls)
  • Tentatively: May 18th, June 1st, June 15th
  • June 8th: will be a quick Anthem Runthrough
• OCC Brat Shack on July 18th 🙂 

It’s all a lot of excitement coming, a lot of amazing singing, and ultimately choir family. My wish for everyone, especially after this week – please take the time to share how much you care about those in your circle, both the family you have, and the family you choose in the friends and people around you. I continue to be grateful each and every day for our choir family, the trust you have in each other, and truly, the message of the music we are sharing with one another. That’s what it’s all about, and our choir family is one like none other in the grace, hope, and love we have in all of it. 

Hi Everyone – 

Just sending an update for the good of the group with us all coming back together for the next few rehearsals at our regular 6:45 – 8:30 PM timeframe! This is a long email with lots of info! 

CLOUDBURST: Is coming together! Trust the dissonances, believe in your entrances for the random stuffs (enter strongly), and all that is to come! See attached Practice Track & Song Notes Sheet Below and the new Cloudburst Pronunciation Recording:

SOLO AUDITIONS: Val has the opening part of The Rain is Over and Gone, though there are various other solo opportunities in this piece: auditions will be Monday, March 23rd from 6:00 – 6:35 PM. For the solos – note that I am working to be mindful of everyone who has had recent solos in concert selections for our concerts, so pending all who comes out to audition, know that I am trying to spread opportunity based on who comes to audition! 

ANTHEM PERFORMER OPPORTUNITIES: We still have available spots if you are looking to sing the National Anthem for the Brewers Game on June 13th (it’s a Bobblehead Day!) or DockHounds Game on June 23rd – please let me know! 

TICKETS FOR THE BREWERS: If you’re not looking to sing at the Brewer Game though want to come, please let me know – $35 Tickets in the Outfield Loge for Brewers vs. Phillies.

OLD FALLS USO STYLE SHOW: On the horizon for June 19th. Info being sent in a separate email later this week. Interested in joining this superfun event through Old Falls Village in Menomonee Falls – Let me know!!!!
